Refund and Returns Policy
At Chicglow, we want you to love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We are committed to making the return process as simple and fair as possible.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Condition: Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required to complete your return.
Non-Returnable Items:
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following:
- Opened personal care or hygiene products (e.g., skincare, cosmetics).
- Gift cards.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please do not simply mail the package back without contacting us first.
- Contact Us: Email our support team at cs@chicglow.net with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: We will review your request and send you instructions on where to send your package.
- Ship It: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided by our team.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are returned damaged, missing parts, or showing obvious signs of use not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at cs@chicglow.net.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it free of charge.
Please email us immediately at cs@chicglow.net with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or variation, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
7. Gifts
- Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
- Refund to Giver: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
8. Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
