1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends will be processed the following Monday.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of the order. While we do our best to meet these timelines, external factors (such as weather delays or carrier volume) are beyond our control.

3. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout (including apartment or unit numbers).

  • Incorrect Addresses: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please email us immediately at cs@chicglow.net. We will do our best to catch it before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing begins.
  • Returned Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may require you to pay a re-shipping fee.

4. International Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the United States, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in our shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs clearance procedures can occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

5. Order Tracking & Delivery

Your order may be delivered by your local postal service (e.g., USPS) or a local courier, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your package’s journey.
  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not home during delivery, the carrier may leave the package in your mailbox, on your porch, or leave a notice card advising you on how to pick it up from a local facility.
